MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nikon Professional Services ("NPS" or “Program”) Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"):
By applying for NPS membership, the applicant accepts and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions. Including other terms and conditions added hereafter by Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1. Eligible NPS members
1.1 Applicants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of application.
1.2 Applicants must have Thai nationality. 1.3 Applicants must
work primarily as a professional photographer as a freelance photographer. Or a photographer who is a full-time employee of a company that does a photography business. that acts on still images or movies

Those eligible for general membership are as follows:

Applicants must be professional photographers.

• Applicants must own at least one of the following Nikon cameras: Nikon FX DSLR D6, D5, D4S, D850, D810, D810A, D610, D750, D500, Df or FX mirrorless Z 9, Z8, Z 7II, Z 6II, Z7, Z6, Z 5 or Nikon D500

• Applicants must own at least 3 Pro NIKKOR lenses.

• Applicants are required to provide evidence to verify the above requirements as well as other supporting documents that may be requested from Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Eligibility for Plus membership is as follows.

• Applicants must be professional photographers.

• Applicants must own at least two of the following Nikon cameras: Nikon FX DSLR D6, D5, D4S, D850, D810, D810A, D610, D750, D500, Df or FX mirrorless Z 9, Z8, Z 7II, Z 6II, Z7, Z6, Z5 or Nikon D500

• Applicants must own at least 3 Pro NIKKOR lenses

• Additional requirements will be requested from Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1.4 Requirements stated above and including those stated in http://www.nikon.co.th/th_TH/nps/requirement  It covers all subscriptions and membership renewals.
1.5 All program subscriptions must be approved by Nikon. Nikon reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse an application for NPS membership without notification of application status by Nikon. or any reason in refusing that application

2. Validity of NPS Membership
2.1 NPS Membership, including its benefits, lasts as long as the Member meets all of the qualifications set forth in clause 1.3, including without limitation on the number of devices. and ownership or partnership in the company indicated on the proof of application. Nikon may request additional evidence at any time. To confirm the qualifications of members and reserves the right to cancel membership in case of non-compliance with the specified criteria.
2.2 Membership rights according to clause 2, NPS members have a membership period of two (2) years. And membership must be renewed in accordance with the terms and conditions each time.
2.3 During the membership. Members are required to notify Nikon immediately of any changes to their membership information from what was previously provided in their subscription, either Contact information, occupation, employee list and Nikon equipment details

3. Updates to the Listings
3.1 Nikon may change, revise, revise or modify the Listings at any time by posting the Terms and Conditions on the NPS website or by sending a notification to members by email, postal mail or other means.

4. Termination of Membership
4.1 Members understand and agree to take other actions as appropriate or necessary to NPS Members who believe they are in breach of Nikon's established terms and conditions. Nikon has the exclusive right to terminate the NPS membership at any time.

5. NPS Member Benefits
5.1 Upon approval of NPS Membership, Members are entitled to these benefits in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Benefits may not be transferred to others. Nikon reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change it at any time.

Can check and clean the equipment for free 1 time/piece/year (Only registered devices and receive service at the Nikon Experience Hub Service Center)
• 50% discount on labor and spare parts. (Only registered devices)
• The right to participate in device trial activities.
• Get the latest news from NPS
• Overseas NPS services where members must contact the NPS office of the destination country in advance to request support on a case-by-case basis. Services may vary from country to country. Members must present NPS membership card, ID card and other supporting evidence for receiving services at overseas service centers.

Can inspect and clean equipment for free 2 times/piece/year (Only registered devices and receive service at the Nikon Experience Hub Service Center)

• 50% discount on labor and spare parts. (Only registered devices)
• Device purchase discount.
• The right to participate in equipment trial activities
• Equipment loan service (Depending on the list of equipment available for loan at that time)
• Get the latest news from NPS
• Overseas NPS services, members must contact the NPS office of the destination country in advance to request support on a case-by-case basis. Services may vary from country to country. Members must present NPS membership card, ID card and other supporting evidence for receiving services at overseas service centers.

5.2 Gift packs and membership cards are limited to 1 set per new subscription. Nikon reserves the right to change or cancel the gift pack without prior notice. 
5.3 Membership benefits are subject to the terms and conditions published at http://www.nikon.co.th/th_TH/nps/member_benefits  and are subject to change at any time without notice at Nikon's discretion.

6. Nikon product/equipment registration
6.1 All rights and benefits are herein only for Nikon products purchased from authorized dealers by Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and equipment registered via the NPS website. Products that are not registered or devices that do not meet the specified qualifications are not eligible for benefits.
6.2 Nikon reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse registration of Nikon products. /Equipment that was not duly purchased from a dealer by Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

7. Borrowing of Nikon Products / Equipment
7.1 Reserving Equipment for Borrowing or Evaluation of Borrowed Equipment For members who maintain membership status only. Requests to borrow equipment will be reviewed by Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., considering the equipment available for loan during the requested period. Members acknowledge and agree that the borrowed equipment will be subject to the terms and conditions and other instructions issued by Nikon. Members acknowledge that borrowed equipment is the property of Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Do not lend, sell or transfer equipment to others. The borrowed equipment is not the borrower's property.
7.2 The borrower acknowledges that Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has the right to retrieve the borrowed equipment at any time without any reason.
7.3 In the event that the borrower is unable to return the equipment on the specified date and time, Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has the right to charge the full amount of the borrowed equipment value. And the borrower must pay within 30 days of the due date of returning the device. If the borrower fails to return the device and make payment in time will be regarded as the termination of membership status And it is at Nikon Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.'s discretion to take further legal action
. The borrower agrees to take good care of the equipment. prevent damage from dropping impact Damaged by water, sand, dust and other hazardous chemicals that can damage the device.
7.5 The borrower agrees to reimburse Nikon for any damage to the equipment caused by loss, repair or replacement costs during the borrowing period. including damage caused by improper packaging during the return of the Nikon

8. Use of the Site and Content
8.1 Use of the NPS Membership Number and the Site is subject to the terms and conditions posted on the Site. http://www.nikon.co.th/th_TH/nps/about_us

9. Participation in an NPS Member Event
9.1 Participation in an NPS Member Event will be subject to the registration conditions for that
event. Nikon, at its sole discretion, may consider canceling the event.

10. Cancellation
10.1 Nikon reserves the right to terminate the membership. or take any necessary or appropriate action If found that the member has violated the terms and conditions 10.2 Nikon
may terminate or suspend Member's access to the Site at any time without prior notice.

11. Other Conditions
11.1 Members consent to Nikon's collection, use, disclosure or transfer of personal data in the subscription data. Complies with Nikon's Privacy Policy. Read more details at https://www.nikon.co.th/privacypolicy
11.2 Nikon's use of personal information is in accordance with Nikon's Guidelines, Rules of Use and Privacy Policy Terms. Personal information used for application It will be used for the following purposes:
(a) keeping record of member information relating to Nikon and Nikon products
(b) Submit member information relating to Nikon products and services . and other Nikon promotions and advertisements;
(c) knowing the number of contacts between the member and Nikon (if any); and/or
(d) other related purposes.

11.3 Nikon may change, update, suspend or terminate your membership. Nikon may change the terms and conditions of NPS Membership and/or NPS Membership benefits without prior notice in Nikon's sole discretion. 11.4 NPS Membership does not imply that Nikon authorizes the Member's actions and is endorsed by Nikon. Members are not entitled to use trade names. Nikon's trade marks, logos and/or other intellectual property rights.
